obsessive licking

Ok whenever my bf comes over ( now he lives with me) two of my chi's ( Nieko and Cocoa) run to him lay on him and start licking him. They won't stop....he moves them and then they come running back to him and lick him again. if you just let them they will lick forever....does anyone know why? it was cute at first but now.....lol

I think it might just be one of those chi things or something. LOL!  Jax does that here, he is really crazy about doing it with my Hubby.  He has always been a crazy licker.  As for why they sometimes target a certain person I just have no idea. confused

Excessive licking seems to be a topic that is brought up time and again on here!  lol  Licking seems a universal trait in Chihuahuas, but I'm willing to bet that it is partly due to the way we treat them; like our babies!  lol

Radar has a habit of licking David's head after he comes home from work! Not sure why, but it could be the sweat. But, it will last as long as you'll let him do it!
