Lucy is a foster that is up for adoption. Her owner got her when she was 12 weeks old. She is now 1 yr. He is a firefighter and works 24 or 48 hour shifts without going home. His girl left him and he was leaving Lucy home alone for days at a time. So he contacted us and we took her in. She has to warm up to new people and dogs... she barks at anything is does not know. He is totally housetrained and will also use pee pee pads. She is a "velrco" chi.

Awww, poor darlin!  She 's gorgeous though, I bet you place her really fast!  I'm assuming yuo're in the States, right?  I'm in England so cant really help, but I wish I could!
