Roxie says oh no not the dreaded panties. I can't help it Mommy if I am one of those heavy goers. I promise I did not know that was gonna be on Pappa's recliner when I woke up from my nap. Not the bow butt ones please. And what IS this swollen thingy on my rear? She has retreated to the crate most of the time or just lays in my arms and whimpers. Do pups have the cramps too?
Ok, I can't help but think that her little bow butt is adorable!! I can only imagine how cute it looks when she gets really excited and wags her tail and bum fiercely :) Poor girl, I hope she feels better soon!!
Uh oh! Oh, poor girl! But those pants are a life saver, aren't they?! I didn't have any for Ellie's first season (didn't even know such things existed!) and it was awful; she was so isolated, not being allowed up on the furniture, or the bed or even on us at times. She really suffered. So did I! Lol!
Yes, I believe some bitches do feel pretty rotten during season. Lots become like you're describing Roxie, a bit discontented and quiet. She may get a little clingy or even snappy with Abby in the next week or two.
Jess, Yes, the panties are a life saver. I bought them when she was younger just because they were cute. Now that she needs them for a real purpose they do not come up far enough on her back over her tail. They keep sliding off. So I had to do some alterations on them today to make them fit and stay on. Its a good thing I had fabric scraps here and the machines all set up. I started to just start from scratch and make her some new ones instead of having to cut those cute little things into and add a piece to make them longer. But...I didn't. I saw some somewhere that had straps on them so they would stay on. Wish I had a picture of them so I could make a pair like that.
Becky, that picture is too cute. The look on her face is priceless. I believe they do go through the same things we do as Prissy seems miserable and doesn't want to be bothered at all. Precious on the other hand just wants to be near us and wants to be loved on.
