One of the things I am trying to do this year is be positive, especially when it comes to my 'internal dialouge'.
I just though I would share this with you.
How many times have you told yourself “I can’t do that?” Most us probably say it more often than we realize. Every time you are faced with a challenge, do you automatically think of all the things holding you back or do you think about the things you have that make it possible? A positive attitude about yourself can catapult you into higher achievement. So, the next time you hear yourself saying, “I can’t,” remember that YOU CAN!
